When I say first attempt, I mean on my nails. I have seen a lot of one stroke flower nail art on YouTube channels like Cute Nails and I really liked the idea, but never got around to trying it. So last week, I finally got the courage to try it out on paper and a nail wheel. I tried different colours and I can tell you now, that all the tutorial videos I have watched to learn how to do it sure make it look easy. I practiced until I got the hang of it. Here's what happened.....
I have mixed feeling about this. I'm quite pleased with the flowers considering I haven't been practicing for a long time. But at the same time, it's too pink for me. I have never really been a pink person, so I don't know why I chose these colours.
Here's a side view. I feel like there's a lot of space left, missing something perhaps? Any thoughts?
I must have been in a strange mood because I did something else that I don't usually do; match my finger nails with my toe nails.
